Where applicable thumbnail images are automatically generated and managed by the system. Most popular web friendly image formats are supported. Product Management - Allows easy management of a three-tier product browser, products are assigned to categories and categories are grouped into departments. Product pages generated by the system can include links to datasheets, specifications and other downloads or documents associated with each product and can also display links to other related products. E-Commerce Solution - Products entered into the system can be available for on-line purchase with our integrated e-commerce solution. We provide a multi-currency shopping system with many payment gateway options; including our own secure credit card payment capture system. Customers can pay direct on your site using cheques, money orders, credit cards (by phone, fax or secure web page) or by using our PayPal™ or WorldPay™ integration. Customers can also apply for and purchase goods against a trade account if applicable. VAT processing, delivery charges and payment surcharges are all handled by the system according to your rules. Product Promotion - Our system also includes automatic solutions for submitting your product catalogue to various price comparison web sites such as Froogle™ (http://www.froogle.com) and includes all the tools you need for optimising your product listings for best search engine placement. We can also provide, manage and advise about other forms of web advertisement such as pay per click search placement and search engine submissions. News Generation - The system includes a news and bulletin management system. Short news items can be included in various types of "Ticker" and longer more detailed news bulletins can be categorised to form a comprehensive news browser. Both forms of news can be automatically or manually archived and optional RSS feeds are available. Access Control and Security - Any page within the system can be made only available to registered users who must first log-in, so you can easily protect your more sensitive content. System administrators can manage both public users and content management users with ease. We also provide IP address blocking, page name aliasing and URL re-direction for any page in the system. Mailing List Management - This feature allows you to send out text emails with PDF document attachments to all members currently in the mailing list. The system allows the users to subscribe and unsubscribe without any manual intervention from you, lists can be imported and exported and each mail out generates a status report of emails sent and rejected. It is also possible to have multiple mailing list sources so messages and documents can be targeted toward different demographic groups. Emails are sent in a controlled manner from the host server, which has ample bandwidth, rather than using your own Internet connection. Site Searching - We include a built in search facility for use by visitors to your site, the results returned can be from pages or paragraphs, product descriptions or keywords and news articles. You can customise the search facility in several ways including defining the length of the text displayed and the number of results per page. Reports and Audits - The system generates reports on visitors, referrers, external search engine keywords used to find your site and what people are searching for within your site. These reports are emailed daily to the appointed system administrator. Notifications of orders, payments and mailing list actions are also generated. Integration - Our CMS is capable of creating and delivering your entire web site but can also be tightly integrated as part of your existing site, if you only required an e-commerce solution or product browser we can provide this and maintain a consistent look and feel. We also provide custom built features and software so you can integrate our system with your own internal office systems and databases which can help reduce data entry requirements, product descriptions and prices for example. Content Migration - The amount of data required to produce a functional and effective system can sometimes be overwhelming, particularly if you have many products to offer. We can ease the burden with our content migration service, from collecting and entering product descriptions and keywords to arranging professional product photography. Hosting - We host our CMS solutions on our own cluster of dedicated servers, we build, configure and manage them ourselves and they reside in our own rack space in London. If your CMS requirements are large we can provide and manage a dedicated server just for your system.
